The prevalence of diabetes and high blood pressure among young people is rising as a result of faster lifestyles, unbalanced diets, and a lack of healthy activities. According to Asim Raza, additional secretary for health in Punjab, non-communicable diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma are on the rise. Awareness can help people live better lives. According to the speakers, changing the youth's eating habits and daily routines can stop the spread of non-communicable diseases. Dr. Zahid Pervez is the VC of the University of Lahore. According to those who use computers all day, consume fast food, do not exercise, and steer clear of foods that are known to spread these diseases. Students emphasized the need for engagement and physical activity to change in order to live a healthy life, saying that we were told that physical activity had completely vanished. We have poor bread, a late wake-up time, and a late bedtime. The participants agreed that parents should discourage the culture of home delivery and should forbid kids from eating fried foods.
